We are committed to meeting the needs of the doctors and patients of the WellPointe Medical Building.  We will regularly change our hours to keep up with changes at your doctor's office.

YOUR FIRST VISIT

When we first meet you we will ask for certain information to put into our computer system.  After that we will only need to get information from you when something changes.  We will need to know what other medications you are on and if you are allergic to any medications.

PRESCRIPTION REFILLS

We will refill your prescriptions as often as your doctor has written.  You may have your script refilled by calling us or by stopping in to the store. Click here to use the on-line refill form.
